• Assist leasing department with marketing efforts including creating brochures, one-pagers and floor plans.

  • Utilize a mixture of Adobe Suite InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop while designing.

• Develop and create email blasts featuring recent acquisitions or sales via MailChimp.

• Process all leasing for a 3.5 million square foot portfolio in both St. Louis and Minneapolis.

Organizations and Volunteer Work

Communications Chair for Gamma Phi Beat Alumnae of St. Louis                                                        March 2015 – Present 

• Created a Facebook page for local St. Louis alumnae members to gather and collect more information on upcoming events, learn how to get involved and stay up to date with international Gamma Phi Beta news.

• Curate information to post on Facebook and Twitter pages to build more involvement within the alumnae chapter.

• Serve as a point person for all internal MailChimp communications.

 

Communications Co-Chair for PRSA Midwest District Conference                                                         Dec. 2014 – Present 

• Utilize 2014 MDC website as a template for the 2015 conference in St. Louis. Collaborate with six co-chairs to organize all information regarding registration, events, scheduling, sponsorship packages and more.

• Design and distribute emails relating to upcoming deadlines and recent updates to a list of over 2,500 PRSA members.

 Construct a timeline from previous years' work to dictate how the 2015 conference would be planned. This included all aspects ranging from promotion to logistics.

• Research and provide industry-related articles to distribute through our local social media accounts.

• Manage spreadsheet for roundtable selections for approximately 100 attendees at Career Development Day.

Conference Chair for PRSA St. Louis Digital Communications Summit                                                  Aug. – Nov. 2014

• Helped plan and execute annual PR event through creation of the event brochure.

• Contact each speaker to collect their personal biography, title and presentation summary for the PRSA website.

• Acted as the liaison between the speakers and the venue in regards to AV requirements, parking and location.

• Efforts helped generate nearly 150 public relations professionals to attend.
